Ok I’m game.
1) HEALTH- Started a workout program today with my twin sister (on Zoom) - so I have accountability and encouragement. Work out every day for the next two weeks (“bootcamp”). Be consistent and committed.
2) SPIRITUALITY - set aside 30 minutes in the morning for prayer, meditation and reading the Word. Do Fuel for 5 every day. Spend 30 minutes before bedtime reflecting on my day and writing in my journal - gratitude and prayer.
3) RELATIONSHIPS - participate in at least one of the Ethos events per week. Spend at least 30 minutes with Collin per day (probably during dinner).
4) FINANCES - put my budget together and find another source of income where I can work from home. Phase out my cleaning business. Save money to buy a house. Get my Z repaired from the accident.
5) PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT - learn to play the piano. Attend classes on photography and drawing. Finish reading and working through the self-esteem book. Listen to podcasts on different topics while I’m working (health, spirituality, self-esteem, etc.)
@MystiqueRose0228 that’s awesome, really nice meeting you yesterday Donna. I have a prayer journal too and it’s probably not a bad idea to get back into it. They’re really helpful
A one hour "focus time" activity with each of my kids each week. Life is getting hectic now with Church, business, household...so without intentionality, they'll pay a higher price than me for this calling
Spiritual: Understand and Memorize key points from ALL NT books with room for OT Messianic prophecies and historical summaries.
Health: Bulk to 225lbs (Net +29lbs 1/24-12/24)
